Dear Talia and Tobias

Dear Talia and Tobias,

     Soon I am coming for you. Soon, very soon, your lives will forever change.  Already miraculous things have taken place, although you can not see these changes yet. I know that right now you can not even begin to imagine what wonderful and amazing things are about to take place in your lives.  You can't even begin to fathom how much you are already loved and cherished and how much we want to give to you.
 The things we want to teach you and show you.

     We will so enjoy watching your eyes light up in delight and seeing your trust in us grow as we create your new lives with us.  We will try our best to take it slow so you will not be overwhelmed.  We will take life at the pace that is comfortable for you as best we can.  From this time on we will always be together. You are no longer fatherless. You are family. We will always be near.  We will learn you and you will learn us.  We will delight ourselves in giving you what pleases your hearts and what you need. Your concerns are now our responsibilities.  We are in covenant together... forever.

     First, your names will change.  You will carry the names we have lovingly chosen for you. Your new name has special meaning to us, just as you do.  Your name is our name and when people hear it they will know that you belong with us.

     We will wash the smell of the orphanage from you.  You will be clean and fresh and comfortable.    

     Your clothing will change.  Your new clothing will be yours and yours alone. Purchased for you, in your size. It will reflect who you now are.
     You will never again sleep in the orphans bed.  You have a place now. You have a safe, warm sweet smelling bed, lovingly prepared just for you. These beds are very near to us and we will watch over you in the night and if you call to us in the darkness, we will come to you.

     We will not care for you in the same way that others have. You are not our job or our burden... You are our beloved children.  You are now extensions of us.  What is ours and who we are now belongs to you.

     Your lives have not been easy and you have suffered. You had no future and there was no one to make sure you felt treasured. When you cried, no one came. You were alone in this world.   But all of that has changed now...

     Now, all of this is yours but the most precious gift we have to give you...  Is that we will introduce you to Our King...  Our Father...  Our Jesus...  who we love and serve, who placed a tremendous love for you in our hearts, and who first did all these things for us.
