I have an UPDATE!

I got an e-mail and the home study has been reviewed and approved (Hague requirement) and now the approval letter (which has to have original signatures so has to come snail mail) will be on its way to us TOMORROW! Surely by Wednesday or Thursday latest we will have it and be ready to go! This is the final piece of the home study. Now that the hs is done we will submit to USCIS. We can also apply for grants and such! It also is the start gun for compiling dossier docs! If you get the dossier docs done too early you risk them "expiring" and have to redo them. Timing is everything! So while we wait for USCIS approval we get the dossier in order and as soon as the approval comes from USCIS we get all the docs legalized and send the dossier to the attorney in EE. She translates it and submits it and shortly after that I get a travel date! Whooo hoo! Praise God With Me!
