Ok just a quick update!  We went to the Adoption Clinic here at UK and got the initial examinations.  I will go into more detail on that later but after X-rays and TB skin tests I can say that neither child has TB.  This visit went almost exactly how I had thought. The issues I thought were the most serious were indeed the biggest concerns and the other issues were not surprises either.  We also went and saw the wonderful amazing Dr. Pollack who is our Ped. We have referrals to several different clinics and docs so more on that later as well. We went to the BuddyWalk on October 1st and had a good time.  The certificates of citizenship came! Whoo-hoo they are officially US citizens. (they were already citizens but now we have the proof!)  Toby is registered for school and will start next week. I have mixed feelings about this because he is doing SO WELL.  I don't want school to mess anything up. It will be good to have someone to work with him on ENGLISH but I don't want him to start doing naughty things he may pick up in school.  We will see....   So we are adjusting well and everything is going wonderfully for us! We are so blessed! God has shown and is showing HIS abundant love in our lives!
